Wow, I kinda suck at this blogging thing. My last blog was September goals? What? Maybe if I write something down as a goal I will do the opposite...like blogging more.
Guess I should do a quick update over my absence:
Except for a brief break in lat September, I worked out religiously until Thanksgiving. But between Thanksgiving and Christmas I lost my motivation. I gained a few pounds back. I ate terribly, like most Americans. I got to hear about how much weight my sister has lost and how good she looks while I'm hitting a wall. It of course discouraged me even more b/c in order for my sister to lose weight she works out 3 days a week for about 30mins and poof, size 12. Well, mid January I slowly but surely started back up again. The gym is easy; I enjoy working out. I've been braving the cold and the New Years Resolution people have trickled off in attendance so the gym is tolerably busy again. I'm still having a bit of trouble getting back into the habit of healthy foods though. I just love to eat.
I think that pretty much catches us up.
I now have a Wii that I got for Christmas along with EA Sports Active. Yesterday I started the 30 Day Challenge thingy. No, I don't see this as MY exercise program, just as a supplement for days I don't go to the gym.
I also was referred to a program by a reader of my blog to a 42 day program at HabitChanger.com I've decided to give it a try. More about that to come...
